The location is convenient! it is close to metro lines and provides easy access to gare du nord. our "signature" room was comfortable and came equipped with effective ac. i especially appreciated the diptyque products provided in the bathroom. They added a touch of luxury.
the housekeeping service was not up to par . i found coffee cups with residues and spoons with unknown granules. the body lotion bottle was empty upon arrival and it was not refilled despite my request, disappointing.

This hotel really impressed me! the staff arranged for my bags to go to the airport. I made a call and everything was handled efficiently. the location proved ideal, close to notre dame and sainte chapelle. gabriella at the front desk offered very nice assistance, alongside all the staff.
the rooftop bar sometimes gets full. hotel guests may find it hard to access. getting a drink after a long day might prove difficult. this can be frustrating after a day.

The location was excellent near the St Michele Metro station. The staff were helpful with my questions . The rooftop bar offered great views and photo opportunities. I enjoyed the contemporary decor in the room it felt chic and comfortable.
The room service felt inconsistent. The waitstaff in the restaurant seemed a bit clumsy and confused.
